Pay is a little less than i would like but it's a good company to work for

A higher base rate to go with incentive

Everything. No communication, no professionalism

Being able to earn money especially extra money through incentives

Dont see it improving just waiting for a new opportunity elsewhere

They are mostly immature and lazy. A place like this cant keep any quality associates
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It needs to start at the top big changes. An entirely new management team would be needed along with many front office changes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Then compensation is very bad. It is somewhat adequate when the incentive pay is added in but that is only the case when there's enough hours. So during slow times there isnt much incentive, and when your on vacation or taking sick time, or paid holidays you get base pay and it is grossly inadequate
