Stressful. Never know what exactly you should be doing or how. Warehouse is a disastrous mess making finding anything impossible and any attempts to organize it are met with rebuke because the store is not given enough labor hours to invest in it not being a fire/tripping/exit Hazzard.

Great people. Some even have a work ethic.

Inconsistency and lack of organization.

If I need to master 3 ways or accomplishing every task, you should pay more than minimum wage
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can't think of one. The people try to care but it is difficult on a long term basis when you know your employer has a "next man up" mentality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistency would be nice. Three different managers, three different ways to do the same task. Come to work and do the task manager #1's way then they leave and manager #2 comes on and informs you you are doing everything wrong.
