2% to my 2% in my Ira, love all the help I can get as I started my retirement savings late in life.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy going environment, casual questions about past jobs. What was my experiences with handling merchandise at past jobs, can I pick up 50 pounds. How long had I work customer service jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every one cares what is happening in your home life and your work life. How is your department and have you gotten your resets done do you need help! We love to bring snacks to share as a team, birthday cards are fun!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Praise for getting a project done, with or without help. How nice the set looks now that it is done, seeing it and reading it are 2 different things. I love high fives for rewards, we challenge each other to out do our team mates for the day.
