I knew the manager who interviewed me and we just breezed right through the process. Interviewed and starting working in the same day

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

When people first start working there, they throw you on a computer and expect you to be trained that way. When you actually get put to work, and ask for help because you are confused, there is a sense of attitude from even managers. Like its not my fault the computer didnt teach me right
