What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The coworkers! Customers are absolute pains on occasion.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They'll hire anybody, really. Especially with the labor shortage too! High turnover, however.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Treat your entry-level employees with due respect and realistic expectations. And don't run on a skeleton crew! It makes your employees overworked.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all give each other morale and motivation, even if corporate is not up to that task. We seem to have a solidarity because of it though.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Please offer bonuses to your workers whose is getting rewards cards. The managers are not the ones getting them and it would most certainly boost employee morale and motivation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Simple: either a higher base pay or have my work specialized to one area. Sales associates tend to wear many hats when working. Also pay your furniture workers commission. The job is simply not worth it otherwise.
