Boomerang Transport is a great company to work for I enjoy driving and meeting great people in the process, schedule is very flexible works with your everyday needs. They never have a problem with giving you the time off if needed most of all, the worker are nice to deal with. Pay is great!

Dispatchers sometimes are rude and talk down to you or you have to try to hear them with their children screaming in background.

I work as a driver, so my pay is only for the driving jobs that I complete. I wish the pay was a little higher, but it seems fair compared to other driving jobs I have done in the past.

This is a driving position. Their pay is better than Lyft or Uber per ride, but they don't offer as many rides. Overall it's more relaxing and it fulfills what I'm looking for which is supplemental income.

Compensation could be better. Should have a Bonus System based on length of time Driving or number of clients served.

Paid for loaded time (passenger in vehicle) and the expense of often driving further to and from client is more than the actual trip.

Company puts all costs on sub-contracted employees with 10-99 form, deducted driver liability insurance, then lies about hours-VERY SHADY

I put yes for all of these answers, but there are really zero meetings or co-workers here. I just get driving jobs and complete those jobs, so I only interact with the passengers or the dispatchers over the phone.

Never see or even know who they are.

I don't see my co workers, we all drive independently. But a union would hammer these jerks into place.

I have worked for Boomerang Transport for 1 years and have really enjoyed it. The Company is great to work with. Clients can depend on us to get them to and from appointments safely and on time. There is just not a lot of clients in my area so there aren't enough trips.
