Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to listening to employee voices and make changes. This is especially important given the work climate these days with people returning back to the office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Authenticity. Much of the messaging over the last two years has felt fake. We position things as good for the business when really it's good for Omnicom profits. We talk about making our clients' businesses human but we have our own work to do in that area.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get reimbursed for wellness purchases. Could be meal kits, yoga classes, etc. Anything that we feel we need to be mentally and emotionally well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We deserve more considering how much C space is making from us and how hard we work
What are some of the best things about your team?
They manage to work in harmony despite being in different locations with remote and hybrid workers.
They are smart, collaborative, and thoughtful
Everyone I work with is thoughtful and generally curious - I love that!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's open and friendly. I started just a month ago but feel like I've been here for a couple of years with how quickly I was able to connect with the people around me.
Tough to answer, as it feels like much of our culture disappeared with the pandemic. I loved our events and time as a group - now that those things are gone, it's made me look more closely into what our "culture" is - some of that's not so pretty.

Making a difference for my clients
Solving challenging projects and working with exceptional colleagues
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's been hard to get excited about the company mission recently. Jessica's messages over the last two years have felt disconnected from reality. She has made many of us feel like we're not doing important work because we're not doing the work she likes, or landing 7-figure projects.
