Company has so many hoops for an employee to get ahold of who the really need to talk to for certain things, need something from an HR department good luck getting an answer, most the time training is always minimum switching a position and they were filling new stores before filling current spots.
What makes you most happy at work?
Had alot of people with bad and good experiences like any other place
What are some of the best things about your team?
Poorly constructed waste of time, I like knowing what we can do to improve and plan a day out the games were pointless team building but maybe some shops needed it ours worked great together without them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Super pricey for that big of a corporation and dental is hard to find someone in the network in Indiana same as health insurance to most say they no longer accept that carrier even though they were on the list
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive as employees working with each other negative with what was expected to be done in your daily routine we would be there till 7pm some nights just to be able to get work done by when it was needed and weekends always went home drained
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Loved my GM and district but never saw to anyone above that and usually my feeling was always they really just do not care how much a location was hurting on workers they just wanted numbers. So you get paid for one job but you are doing 3 or more types of jobs to a low staff from people leaving
