Terrible benefits, culture is getting worse by the month, for a company that is trying to go public they are doing a pretty poor job when it comes to the quality of the work. We were specifically told that this is production not perfection. It a see what you can get away with towards repairs.

I work 10-13 hours a day with no recognition. No pay increases.
