At the current shop it has been very negative to this point.

Attitude courtesy respect workmanship honesty
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be more of an authority/ accountability figure that will take control of some of the shops
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager needs to step up and run the shop. Take control of certain problems instead of letting a production manager run the show with no regard for anyone except his friend group at the shop. There is no leadership to many chiefs not enough indians!!!!
