What are some of the best things about your team?

Great people, everyone is hard working outside of management,

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to be demoted, very toxic individuals. Morale is terrible and there is a huge disconnect from regional leadership to the writers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership has unrealistic expectations, and they try to put a positive spin on their failures, when they fail there is no accountability. Accountability is only enforced on those who don?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership in the Raleigh area needs to be replaced, their culture is very toxic, they display none of the core values or live by them, also leadership attempts to sleep with any attractive female subordinates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of work forced into the shop was ridiculous, the techs couldn’t handle it and we were supposed to magically make it work and reduce cycle time. There is no financial benefit to working
