What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don’t hold one person accountable for quality so the others can hack out peoples cars. You sign off on welds for a reason. Stop putting dollars in front of the safety of our customers. If they glue a roof on a handicap vets suburban imagine

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Keep people accountable for the titles they apply for. As a bodyman I basically have to write my own estimates or things get missed with no information on the cars (usually techs have collision books or all-data) to work with). Managers make their own SOP that fails and want you to work weekends
