What is the best part about your compensation package?

Able to make good money if you work a lot.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Technicians were great to work with, we pushed eachother to make good paychecks.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was in 2014 before the corporate world of the company had really taken over.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Improve on how to properly and efficiently do their job instead of trying to throw others under the bus constantly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management is very poor and unable to hold everyone accountable. They sugar coat everything to not hurt anyone's feelings. They do not like when you speak your mind about how things are going.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Find leaders who actually lead instead of push off their jobs on everyone else so they can blame them for failing. Find people who understand the actual business of a collision center and not just a paper pusher.
