The actual people I work with on a daily basis
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Store manager treats employees with respect and courtesy. Regional manager..not so much
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I am currently working lit my final days with caliber and moving to a company that actually appreciates the personnel
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have already addressed it. It seems the employees are robots and expected to behave as such while management fails to consider all factors or value the shop techs and lower personnel
