As a diverse employee, I have enjoyed being able to work remotely because it allows me to be my most authentic self without the fear of judging. My promotion isn't based on how much my manager likes me but on the quality of my work.

Understaffed team, role different than originally promised

I've experienced a lot of inefficiency/anxious activity which trickles down to teams from leadership taking on projects that don't either align or make sense with our current strategy. It feels to me as though some of our leaders are afraid to say no or push back and the end result is burnout.
