What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my first day it was clear that every person on the leadership team genuinely wanted me to succeed and grow in my role and at the company. Leadership goes out of their way to connect with individuals at every level, and puts in noticeable effort to make themselves accessible and approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time off, flexible work schedule, and annual bonus opportunities come first to mind when I think about the best parts of our compensation package.

Base salary isnt as high as you see with some other tech companies

People care about building connections outside of purely networking and progressing their own career, it shows that everyone has a life and passions outside of work and enjoys talking about those in the office!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It doesn't matter if it's your first week or you've been here several years, the attitude towards getting to know new people doesn't change. On top of that, everyone at CG is understanding of how important schedule flexibility is.

Too many priorities, not enough people to get all the work done.

Work is siloed between teams. Our senior managers have trouble owning and delegating work without involving executives. Even the smallest cross-functional projects take months to execute + end product is watered down/conservative vs initial idea
