I wouls say my experience at Chewy was average. While working with the employees are lovely, the company needs to work on building a better relationship with their employees rather than focusing on the company and customers.

Management makes everyone feel welcomed when you're first hired. They motivate ans encourage any and everyone to be the best that they can be.

Being understanding and compassionate not only for the customers but for the employees as well because thats who really make or break the company.
