Guaranteed hours and security of job.
What makes you most happy at work?
A feeling of accomplishment. Knowing I have a paycheck each week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Guaranteed hours, motivating supervisors, and fast pace work which makes time go by faster.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Usually there to motivate the team. Most supervisors and managers are hands on and will work beside you.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not everyone works equally. Alot of younger people which means lots of drama. Several occasions of couples working together and bringing personal issues to work which can be very disruptive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Chewy pays less than most warehouses do. Benefits are only offered to Full Time employees. No extra compensation provided for more strenuous positions. This means I can do a more strenuous position and get paid the same rate as someone who does less work. No incentive to take on harder positions.
