Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started in low when joining, and realized it after the fact. I do plan on speaking to my new manager about how I feel underpaid in terms of base salary.

The people - and the fact we still have so much to accomplish. A multi-billion dollar company that is transforming the pet industry yet is still scaling - so much untapped potential. Plus, dogs, dogs dogs.

People and pets are two of the best parts of Chewy. No matter the team, people are helpful, SMART, and are ready to keep building and creating new things. Have never worked with such intelligent people -- and fun!

People here are smart, kind, and just all around great people. Everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps each other out -it's like a startup but much more advanced -- the enterprenurial spirit feels like everyone is it in together.

Down-to-earth, supportive, and kind. Our CTO sent me a personalized happy birthday email and I'm not even in his org. Our CEO is very supportive in trying out new ideas and our CPO is super easy to talk to and learn from.

The people, the pets. Everyone is on the same mission to improve the pet industry and change the game. It's fast paced, but fun because you're working with super smart people that have your back and are a lot of fun to be around.

The people are hands down the best thing about working at Chewy - they are passionate, smart, hardworking and truly team players. ALSO they are FUN! In our current remote setting its the thing I miss the most (being around all my coworkers in the office)

Our mission - we are truly transforming the pet industry and you can feel it no matter what area/team you are on, or what cross-functional project you are working on. People are friendly and nice and genuinely fun to be around. Our new leaders are down-to-earth and pleasant to talk to.

The people + we're a scaling org - so there is never a dull day. ALWAYS something to work on and dig into. We're working with the pet industry which is fulfilling and exciting -- especially as a pet parent. Leaders challenge you - but also support you. Fast-paced environment, but in a good way.
