I've met lots of people in my life who are very smart or very nice, but rarely both. Everyone at Chewy is both.

Reading the tweets and posts from customers stating how happy they are with us, and how happy the blue boxes make their pets.

Everyone is so passionate and engaged, but most of all, friendly and helpful. Nobody has a chip on their shoulder, everyone wants to share knowledge. It's a remarkable curation of people and skills.
