I love the people who work entry level unfortunately they promote people with mean spirited behavior. The VP loved to berate people and encouraged low level antics and lead out of fear and verbal abuse.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The culture was never mature or healthy, however it made a drastic downward spiral when customer service was moved out of the corporate building. We were left with the VP of Customer Service and no one overseeing her. HR reported to her too which helped conceal the way she mistreated the employees.
