What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the vacation, sick, wellness time. I also really appreciate the Stay at Choice reimbursement program.

It would be great if our salaries took into account the number of people supported and their teams.

I don't feel undervulues I just feel that my pay is not where it should be, from what I've been told last year and then was told it didn't get approved.

My team is empathic, caring and kind to one another.

I have 4 teams and they are all fantastic. Everyone works together and pitches in if needed to get things done. Everyone is welcoming, caring and overall make it fun to come to work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the Choice cullture. There is always something for everyone, whether that be resources, ERG's, our leadership team. I feel we all work in the Best insterest of Choice Hotels and eachother.
