I like that what I do everyday counts and is valued.

Our leadership team is there for each and everyone of us at all times.

I love the benifits that Choice offers to it's employees. The Best part for me if having options

I like that my potential is seen here at work and that I am encouraged to better myself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Inclusiveness and Diversity here at Choice is amazing. I feel I can bring my authentic self to work everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel comfortable enough to reachout to our leadership team, if I need to. That's a hard thing to find in the corp orate world
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a TEAM in every sense of the word. We truely care and repect eachother. We're all different but like to brainstorm and bounce ideas off eachother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervulues I just feel that my pay is not where it should be, from what I've been told last year and then was told it didn't get approved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the Choice cullture. There is always something for everyone, whether that be resources, ERG's, our leadership team. I feel we all work in the Best insterest of Choice Hotels and eachother.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team has a lot of great parts but the willingness to help each other really impresses me , it doesn't matter how big or small the issue. We all want see each other succeed.
