When we are able to tie our work into the mission (helping nonprofits do good work) it injects a lot of energy into the office. People here are smiling on a Monday morning & it doesn't hurt to have cute dogs moseying around.

Less overwhelming of employees and "wearing many hats". People work hard because they care, but their loyalty can be taken advantage of at some point.
