As a trusted partner of the Port of Seattle, having planned and executed many events for them, they asked Columbia CEO and Founder, John Oppenheimer, if he knew anyone who would be a good operator for the soon-to-be-built Bell Harbor International Conference Center. They are values driven, they value work life balance as well as support growth and development.

What makes you most happy at work?

I work remotely, so having that balance with home and work is great. They still make efforts and opportunities to feel connected to the whole.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Having so many key people be involved was nice. It did take a long time to get through though. Wish it could have been a bit faster.
