I like the idea that some of the people work as a team. Its a shame that not all of them have been taken it seriously that customer service is incredibly important. You must be able to approach the customer with confidence and trust in your heart and your self and your team.

As a property that has recently been taken on by Columbia, the support from corporate was lacking. I was not given enough direction or assistance but was expected to perform top tier. With still ongoing changes and growing pains I am not paid enough for the amount of hours I am putting in.
