
My team is very supportive with diverse areas of expertise. I enjoy learning from them and I've made some great friends!
I am the most fulfilled when I get to collaborate with others to create something that's useful for the properties and team members that we support.
The leaders that interviewed me were very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked their overall energy, and that gave me confidence in my decision to pursue an opportunity here.
My only concern is that certain team members who are underperforming may earn more than team members who are high performers. I would prefer a formal performance review that would help justify compensation increases, instead of it being subjective.
The leadership team has demonstrated that they care about their employees by surveying team members and directly changing policies/procedures to better serve the needs of everyone involved. Management is flexible with our individual needs and I'm very thankful for that!
Everyone is happy to be here. Senior leadership learns your name and acknowledges you. I think leaders express gratitude and appreciation for those who work hard. Leaders also emphasize an open door policy. I'm never afraid to share my feedback.
