I think the weekend concierge needs to be paid more.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They show up. And they are always kind.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There isnt much. I think pay is more important.

What makes you most happy at work?

If i get paid more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Tips should be given to each emploeyee not equalled. And it shouldnt be taxed. We dont get paud enough and shouldnt have to get taxed on top of our tips.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

PAY US MORE. Not to toot my own horn, but the residents like me more than the other concierge and they always express that. But, the pay is where i go. Currently weekends get paid 21/hr whereqs i think weekend pay should be $30/hr to make it competitive because no one wamts to work weekeneds.
