I love most of the guests and I really enjoy interacting with everyone at work

What is the best part about your compensation package?

tips are pooled and I'm hoping to stay at one of the other hotels under Columbia Hospitality

The management team is so welcoming and helpful, and always reminds us that its okay to make mistakes as long as we learn from them

What are some of the best things about your team?

For the most part my team are made up of all really nice people and we are always trying to help each other out while we work.
