It all comes from leadership. If they don't say we can interact, then we just can't interact.
Well just at the end of this survey the bilingual retention team isn't even listed. Again, we don't exist.
Every day you walk into that place yet you can't say you have that feeling of job security. It'd be nice to one day know what it feels like.
