Very poor environment unless you're one of the selected few that gets treated well. Plus encourages shady activities.

Creating a team environment instead of talking bad about employees to certain few on their team. Don't bad mouth employees to employees.

Manager plays favorites and so does director and Human Resources person. Talk bad about everyone on team and elsewhere. Not a healthy enviro
