What do you like best about the leadership team?
The nicest bunch of people i have ever met. Like family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the medical benefits. Recently had a 24,000 surgery for free..not one penny spent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training that lasts longer than a few hours,and more offline activities like BBQs and ect. So we can bond once in awhile.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My supervisor is someone who knows what it takes to lead. She has fostered growth while making us all feel close to eachother,like a family.
