My FTEs are great, sometimes difficult to understand contractors with accents.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership does not seem to communicate well, we don't have any staff meeting within our group.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
get rid of the open office space very non-production, no personal space, no room to work, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just started last year, so I don't have a great basis to determine if good or not.
