We need better tactics for communication through the hierarchy, but my direct supervisor and manager are amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My biggest compensation besides what jobs offer normally is that I get free TV, Internet, and Phone. No other company gives their employees their services for free.
What makes you most happy at work?
The knowledge that I'm providing for my family in a meaningful way. Also this is one of the only jobs I've had, that doesn't make me want to quit on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We recently had an extremely uncomfortable spike in work pace that has recently been resolved. The overall environment is the best I've ever had, though. Excellent facilities, co-workers and company events to boost morale.
