If you think about what they give us it adds alot to our overall pay.. we get treated pretty good at comcast.

Our leadership constantly asks how they can make it a better place to work. They take our ideas and implement them. We have a voice. Great place to work.

We all get along joke and have fun. We all want to be the best and all work hard to get everyone home on time. We all help to get jobs done.
