
What is positive are my co-workers, they make coming to work enjoyable, even with the job already being stressful
For what we have to deal with i do not believe we are paid fairly for the work we do or deal with daily.
Daily hearing the negative aspects of Comcast like rates increases or bills increases or bills never the same or another competitor has this and that. I sometimes wish we offered 1 package and just kept that package at that price
I think they came they and upper management should become better in touch with the customers, they can listen to all the calls they want but I do believe that they need to take time and become front line agents sometimes to see what we deal with on a daily basis
