What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The on site amenities are fantastic! We have a fitness center, yoga studio, game room, cafeteria with gourmet meals, plenty of hot beverage machines and kitchens throughout the building.
What makes you most happy at work?
The relaxed and supportive environment. The ability to utilize the Xfinity entertainment and productivity apps while at work, not only to educate the customers, but for personal benefits too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cost of insurance is about 1/5 what I paid when I was self employed. The coverage is amazing and the discounts we receive on products are more than fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Because of the positive work environment, our team interacts well with each other. We all seem to have good senses of humor and are all proficient and knowledgeable at our jobs. If one team member has a question or needs help, we are sure to step up.
