Just keeping an open dialogue and making sure we continue to help each other out with our day to day duties
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we should be paid within the same amount or rate as other qualified professionals in our same position at competing companies such as AT&T or TimeWarner
