What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can make the most miserable customer happy with her service and smiling when I leave her home
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is great but when it comes to changes in equipment I feel we are misinformed or not informed enough on the changes
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is great but when it comes to rest of the shop I don’t really know a lot of people we don’t see them enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company 9.5years as a tech my rework is always low I even won tech of the year for 2017 and I know of other techs that have been with the company 4 years making almost exactly what I make and my wife has been with company 5years as call center rep already making way more than me
