The atmosphere is an individual atmosphere. Teammates don’t want to help or get close to you in fear that you won’t be around long

Commissions are under paid, deals are dropped after month end and not paid out. It would be better if we were properly paid for our work and deals sold
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to focus on their workers and their customers rather than worrying about how they can get ever customer under the Comcast umbrella by any means necessary
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership shows no real interest in properly training and mentoring sales people. If you don’t make it they have no problem hiring someone else and starting all over again. Turnover is insanely high!
