I love my job. I work in an air conditioned office at a desk. They treat us really well.

It was a simple conversation. It didn't feel like an interrogation.

Free cable, pre-tax flex accounts 401k and dental which for me is a big thing.

They have all been very supportive and caring. When life stuff happens the company makes arrangements to help. I'm very happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together supporting one another and for the most part even if there are personal conflicts, we all help to get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's not a hard job... the customers want help.. I like helping, the other agents do what they can and we all help each other. It's very rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated the same way... whether you have medical issues, physical limitations, different views... we all treat each other the way we want to be treated. There are very few exceptions.
