Understanding consumers and brand catalog as well as live action studios vs. animation.

Quick turn around with entire process. Was approached and hired within a week.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor direction of departmental goals and lack of future planning. Most changes that are implemented are to fix immediate issues and not planning for long term success.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Removal of open floor plans or more readily available areas for phone calls, especially with loud employees. Encouragement to take calculated risks. Less internal politics. Freedom to make decisions and support from leadership team in doing so.
