they want you to be happy, but its not always executed in the best way.

the beginning is great, however the follow up when not chosen is definitely something they need to work to fix.

I love that they empower me to try new things, and do not punish me if the idea doesnt produce positive results.

I love that they are willing to let me try something, even if it fails. They continue to support me though each experience. I cant say this was my experience in my former roles, but my current role shows how much this area cares.
