
Better management and rules/expectations that they need from technicians
Back down on the micro managing and punishing employees for things that happen that is not their fault and they had no control over but it ends up hurting their numbers, raises, bonuses, and is just wrong!
Like I said it the higher management has micromanaged so badly to where the employees are stressed out and being talk to you in a demeaning manner and they don’t trust they’re worth and work ethic anymore
I think during the companies interview they should mention their needs and expectations out of the employee and if they don’t get those expectations even if it’s not the employees fault but the weather mishap or something occurs after the employee left the customers home
Employees would be less stressed if people would work together as a team and if the higher management would stop trying to micromanage every single thing they do because all that does is low or a person self-esteem on their worth employees would be less stressed about their work ethic
Because I’ve been there for years and the company’s starting rate is $15 now.. years ago they started me much lower and I Only make $15 hr. with all the raises I’ve recieved and such. Which is not fair or right of the company to do that to their employees who have been their longer and are loyal.
