Stop treating people like numbers, at Comcast incompetence all dept . afraid take decisions and fear HR
high churn rate , constant flow of no experienced or in competent people. good ones either leave or are let go
treating emoyees with respect, and not just a number.. Stop having HR security follow employees home.. most are not aware of this practice
