What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great. Pay is mediocre for the work compared to similar companies. Great PTO and the quarterly bonuses are nice. However, a Christmas bonus would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are well educated on the craft. Everyone is helpful to one another and is always a phone call away to help out. There are Very great people at Comcast.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Higher pay to match work, less micro management. More employee appreciation and recognition. Greater room for advancement along with equal opportunities in large and small markets. Comcast is a great company to work for but definitely could improve on a few aspects. Get rid of the point system
