Supervisor at the time who is my manager made me feel comfortable like I belonged here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They just want to make better us better robots. They could offer laptops to stationed employees, sit/stand desk who work long hours or work from home. They could offer spa rooms, messages, unlimited vacation, or better pay & bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I love being innovative, we love working together, we enjoy passing knowledge to one another, or even offering information about changes to one another. Once I take a class, I will let my team know about it, to increase their technical capabilities.
