I was called for an interview not to long after I put the application in.

Very open to help members on the team. They willing to go out there way at times to support us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They make it comfortable for you. Working at a call center can be a little stressful due on the length of the day and the customer you may engage with.
