The office is riddled with different levels of associates It feels heavy of distaste, unfairness nepotism and divisiveness True equality would be nice, it seems the executives want to keep very established levels of inequality per department yet nitpick.
Leadership is driven but they are also a bully: It was very demeaning to hear a meeting suggestion to make sales goals(a job losing factor) harder to motivate associates. There are many factors to the numbers that can be pulled from locations, attacking your team isn't the best choice.
