My overall experience is I like working here because of some of the relationships that I have formed and the benefits but I am not happy with the overall structure in how the company is ran on a day to day basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive I would say is that the it is very diverse here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the fact that there were more than just one person that conducted the interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The one thing that I do like about the leadership team is that they do build rapport with associates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not exactly sure what is the best part for me. I like the idea of getting paid every two weeks and that we get a quarterly bonus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am not really happy with the direct team that I am on. There is no connection with most of the people on my team and I do not care for the way that my supervisor communicates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The atmosphere is off. The environment most of the time seems very tense and stressful. Because of the type of work that we do sometimes it would be nice if our management team would not be so military style and make the atmosphere a little more pleasant.
